Served on chargrilled vegetables and drizzled with a lemon garlic cream topped
with a wild rocket and basil pesto.

with goats cheese Béchamel and a reduced tomato and roasted garlic sauce
topped with slow roasted tomatoes and fresh herbs.

Confit of turkey
Served on corn bread. garnished with sweet potato, pear and walnut salad.
Finished with a cranberry pan sauce.
